Our Policy
ImagePrompt sells digital credits which are used to unlock digital prompt content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
No Refunds on Used Credits
Credits that have been spent to unlock prompts cannot be refunded. Once a prompt has been unlocked, you have received the digital content and the transaction is complete.
No Refunds on Unused Credits
Even unused credits are non-refundable as we consider the purchase of credits as the purchase of a digital service with immediate delivery.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances: duplicate charge due to a technical error, payment processed but credits not delivered to your account. To report such an issue, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at: https://imageprom.pt/es/contact/
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
